Sterling Lexicon Welcomes New Client Solutions Director in APAC

Romain Angevelle joins the Singapore team

(Jacksonville, FL - October 3, 2024) - Sterling Lexicon is pleased to announce that Romain Angevelle has joined the company as APAC Client Solutions Director. Based in Sterling Lexicon’s Singapore location and serving clients throughout the APAC region, Romain brings a unique blend of relocation account management and business development experiences to his new role. His proven record of finding innovative ways to continually achieve high levels of customer satisfaction are well aligned with the company’s client solutions approach, which provides for dedicated ownership and a single point of accountability throughout a customer’s entire partnership with Sterling Lexicon. 

Romain held multiple key responsibilities in relocation management and real estate organizations before joining Sterling Lexicon. His past work includes leading a commercial department for two years, supporting the team in achieving targets, handling RFPs, and managing various aspects such as reporting, finance, presentations, and tracking.

Before that, he was a regional account manager, providing direct client management of a portfolio of 100 clients across Asia. His responsibilities included client retention, growth, QBRs, annual reviews, and coordination with subject matter experts. He has had experience onboarding a diverse mix of new clients from different industries and regions; managing, retaining, and growing accounts; conducting and developing performance metrics and designing custom forecasts and expense management reports.

Additionally, he spent over three years on the operational side in assignment management, which, combined with his commercial experience, allows him to understand both the needs of clients and assignees in detail. His unique blend of mobility program knowledge and commitment to building lasting, mutually beneficial relationships are valuable assets enhancing the team’s existing strengths.

Originally from France, Romain relocated to China in 2012, and Singapore in 2018, where he has lived since. His educational pursuits are as diverse and robust as his cultural and industry experiences, as he holds several master’s degrees in international business and management from ICN Business School, East China University of Science and Technology, Universitá di Bologna, and the University of Gothenburg. He has earned both a bachelor’s degree in public law and a master’s degree in European business law from université de Franche-Comté.
