Sterling Lexicon France Achieves FIDI FAIM DSP Certification

Sterling Lexicon France has proudly earned the FAIM Destination Services (DSP) Certification for 2024. This accomplishment adds to their existing FIDI Accredited International Mover (FAIM) Quality Assurance certification, a globally recognised standard for international moving and relocation services companies.

The dedicated team in France worked tirelessly to secure this prestigious certification and new membership, meeting the world’s most rigorous quality assessment criteria for Destination Services (DSP) and household goods shipping. To maintain certification, companies must consistently comply with stringent FAIM DSP requirements, which encompass:

  • DSP-related activities
  • Data protection
  • Supply-chain management
  • Anti-bribery and anti-corruption measures

This certification follows rigorous independent compliance audits conducted by EY, along with annual reviews of our intercontinental moving activities. These audits evaluate service standards such as procedural quality, supply chain management, insurance, claims handling, facilities and equipment, customer feedback, and risk management, among other operational qualifications.
