Sterling Lexicon is FIDI FAIM Certified Across Europe
Sterling Lexicon is pleased to announce that two of our locations recently had the honor of earning and renewing the FIDI Accredited International Mover (FAIM) Quality Assurance certification, the only one of its kind globally recognized for international moving and relocation services companies.
Sterling Lexicon’s team in Spain worked diligently to obtain this prestigious certification and new membership, meeting the world’s most stringent quality assessment criteria for household goods shipping.
This certification comes after completing rigorous independent compliance audits, as well as annual reviews of our intercontinental moving activities. These audits assess such service standards as procedures for quality and supply chain management, insurance, claims, facilities and equipment, customer feedback, and risk management, among other operational qualifications. Our Spanish-based certification is valid until 12 December 2025.
Sterling Lexicon in the UK are also proud to announce a re-certification under household goods that the team has maintained for 30 years – since 1993. In addition, the team was the first of only a few companies to participate in a FIDI FAIM destination service provider (DSP) pilot audit program starting in 2020, which has also been recertified.
Our clients can be confident that all their household goods moves are being handled by an experienced and dedicated partner, able to provide the highest quality service to their valuable employees entrusted to our care. We are pleased FIDI has recognized our commitment to excellence.
