As President of Sterling Lexicon David has global leadership responsibility for the entire organization and is responsible for the overall strategic development of the business, driving revenues and profitability, expanding operational and technology capabilities and improving the overall client and transferee experience.
With more than 20 years in the relocation industry, David leads the charge in ensuring Sterling Lexicon delivers world-class experiences to customers around the world.
Prior to joining Sterling Lexicon, David was president at Paramount Transportation Systems (PTS) for more than six years. He previously worked for Suddath's international division, where he served more than five years as Vice President of Finance and Strategic Development. He also served 10 years in positions of increasing responsibility at Cartus, culminating in his role as Director of Global Supplier Relations. David earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut.
As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Daniel leads Sterling Lexicon’s integrated global client solutions team throughout the Americas, EMEA and APAC. With over 20 years of experience in global mobility, Daniel brings a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise to his role.
Prior to being appointed CCO, Daniel served as Director, Germany and Group Head, Business Development for EMEA and APAC, where he spearheaded substantial growth as a champion of careful listening, responding with innovative and tailored solutions and cultivating lasting relationships with clients and strategic industry partners.
Based in Frankfurt, Germany, Daniel speaks fluent German, English and Russian.
As Managing Director for EMEA and APAC, Peter is at the forefront of all innovative and strategic planning within the business. He is a well-respected industry veteran with 27 years of global mobility experience in both the corporate and consulting sides of the industry.
A highly effective global mobility and HR professional, Peter has a strong track record of successfully developing global mobility policy, process and strategy. He has extensive experience recruiting and developing teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Before joining Sterling Lexicon in September 2018, Peter served as World Mobility Regional Director within the global mobility industry. He previously held positions including Head of Global Mobility and Head of Group Talent and Diversity for Tesco, and International Human Resources and Global Mobility roles with Marks & Spencer. He also served as a consultant with Andersen and Deloitte.
Peter received the Forum for Expatriate Management’s 2017 EMEA Award for Outstanding Contribution to Global Mobility in recognition of his service to the industry. He was educated at the Royal Hospital School in the United Kingdom.
In her executive position, Sarah oversees Sterling Lexicon's finance and accounting teams, a role that makes her responsible for all aspects of accounting, control and compliance, financial reporting and cash management. She develops tailored solutions for clients based on their needs and leads the operational accounting team to handle expense management and payroll reporting for clients.
Sarah brings more than 10 years of experience in finance to her position. Prior to joining Sterling Lexicon, she held various executive accounting positions, including serving as Controller for The Suddath Companies. She also has served as an auditor with Deloitte.
Sarah earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting and her Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
As part of the Sterling Lexicon Senior Leadership Team, Fadia is responsible for making strategic decisions regarding the operational and line management for the America's regional locations. She directly oversees account management and client retention, operations, global process excellence, implementation and training and development.
With more than three decades of experience in the relocation industry, Fadia has worked in numerous leadership roles in operations, client services and business development. Her strengths include problem-solving across different cultures and creating and maintaining client relationships through high standards of excellence.
Fadia has served more than 12 years at Sterling Lexicon in a variety of roles and has been in the relocation industry for more than 35 years.
Fadia has earned the prestigious Certified Relocation Professional designation from Worldwide ERC, and has been certified as a Global Mobility Specialist.
As a member of the Sterling Lexicon Senior Leadership Team, Craig is responsible for the oversight and management of the company’s worldwide network of preferred suppliers. To provide the greatest value for clients, he oversees the processes, selection criteria and evaluation metrics to manage and measure the global supply chain.
Craig’s ongoing oversight ensures we partner with best-in-class suppliers in all locations and all service segments. Craig interacts closely and frequently with network suppliers so Sterling Lexicon remains on the cutting edge of new products, technology, cost efficiencies and innovative strategies and ideas to enhance the customer and client experience.
Craig has extensive experience in the relocation industry, including 17 years in various service groups at another relocation company before joining Sterling Lexicon in 2011. He has a degree from Roanoke College.
