What that looks like in practice.

Sterling Lexicon (EMEA / APAC) has been a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact Agreement (UNGC) since 2013. With the support of the executive management and colleagues in every area of the business, our dedicated ESG Manager has taken the lead to help Sterling Lexicon:

  • Achieve and maintain certification from EcoVadis, a globally recognized organization working with more than 100,000 companies in 175 countries to monitor and improve sustainable performance.
  • Uphold the principles of the UNGC.
  • Support all 17, but prioritize an initial focus on five of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
  • Create employee champion groups focused on the environment, well-being, employee engagement / development and DE&I.
  • Support the work of an industrywide collaboration known as the Coalition for Greener Mobility.
